Leather Cleaner Purchases:
- We are so confident in the exceptional quality and standard of our leather cleaner that we have a Satisfaction Guarantee policy. This means that if for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product you receive you can return it to us (at your own cost) and we will refund the value of all unopened and resalable aromas. This refund will be issued once your return has been received and checked on our end.
- To initiate the returns process, please respond to your original order email and we will get back to you within 24hrs (on weekdays).
Toy Purchases:
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of adult toys, we cannot provide returns or exchanges for change of mind. We try to ensure that we provide as much information on our site as possible so that you can get an accurate understanding of the product prior to purchasing. If you are still unsure about a product, please feel free to contact us for more information before making your purchase.
- Faulty Item: If a product you purchase from us is faulty, please get in contact by replying to your original order email. From here we can either offer a replacement, or you are welcome to exchange the faulty product for another item of equal value.
