However, it is important to note that we unfortunately cannot provide any guarantee as we do not control the rules and regulations of our customer’s home country. This is a responsibility our customers take when ordering from us.
However, 98% of our orders to International customers arrive without issue. If your order is held up at Customs, they only require a simple doctors note from your GP to have your order released to you.
Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for international authorities confiscating or returning packages to sender.
In the event that your order is confiscated, we do not provide refunds or re-shipments of your order.
